Lisa is a Consultant Gastroenterologist at Bart’s and the London NHS Trust. Lisa holds both full accreditation on the UK General Medical Council’s Specialist Register in Gastroenterology and Board Certification in Gastroenterology (USA).

Lisa has a wealth of expertise and a great interest in both diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy (gastroscopy and colonoscopy) and general Gastroenterology. This includes Irritable Bowel Syndrome, constipation and diarrhoea, abdominal pain/dyspepsia, gastrointestinal cancer screening, obesity, inflammatory bowel disease, heartburn, gastrointestinal bleeding and abnormal liver function. Her current practice focuses on providing clinically excellent care with a kind, friendly approach and allows for a specific emphasis on women’s gastroenterology.

Qualifications and Accreditations
Lisa trained at Guy’s Hospital Medical School, London before completing her Medical Residency in Boston, USA. Subsequently she completed subspecialist Fellowship Training in Gastroenterology at Columbia University, New York in 1997. Lisa worked in USA for 7 years as a Consultant and successfully developed an Out Patient Endoscopy Unit before returning home in 2007. Lisa enjoys being a Nationally Accredited Bowel Cancer Screening Endoscopist and holds the Royal College of Physicians Leadership Accreditation.
